Aloo Chaat the film, is rich in masala which tickles you, shakes you, rattles you, gags you as it takes you through the narrow lanes and equally narrow minds of orthodox Delhi parents, to a wider world of love and romance, and an unexpected twist in the tale.

Aloo Chaat is story of one Punjabi family as they counter their fears and apprehensions of their US returned to be married son Nikhil (Aftab Shivdasani) who is an America-returned Punjabi munda –the kind who, at his age, asks for his parents’ permission to take his fiancĂ©e about town.

Nikhils falls in love with a girl, while completing his studies in America. On his visit to India for a vacation ,his parents start showing him Punjabi girls for wedding. Knowing the temperament of his father Purshottam (Kulbhushan Kharbanda), he feels hesitant to disclose about his love affair, hence approaches his fathers best friend who is a sexologist Hakim (Manoj Pahwa) by profession and has a great influence on his father.

Together they plot to bring Nikhil's girlfriend into the family...against all odds and opposition from Chhdami mama (Sanjay Mishra), Beeji (Dolly Ahluwalia), Seeto (Meenakshi) is what makes the funny, spicy, masaledar story of Aloo Chaat.

8X10 Tasveer

8 X 10 Tasveer is a Bollywood thriller film starring Akshay Kumar and Ayesha Takia in the lead roles. It is is directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, and produced by Percept Picture Company.

8 X 10 revolves around Jai, a man who is powered with supernatural powers. He can tell about the past of any person by just touching a thing that belongs to the person. He uses this power to help people. When his father, Jatin, dies in a mysterious boating accident, Jai's suspicion is aroused by the appearance of an oddball detective, Happi. The only article that can help him in his investigation is an 8 X 10 photograph taken just minutes before the Accident by his mother Savitri that shows Jatin surrounded by his best friend and lawyer, Anil, his adopted son, Adit and younger brother, Sundar. Jai decides to use this photograph to go into the past to unravel the mystery surrounding Jatin's death. As he discovers clues he realizes that his father was actually murdered and that everyone on the boat had a motive. Now on a mission to unmask the killer, he undertakes the dangerous journey of visiting the past repeatedly.

How will he interpret the indications given by supernatural powers, that is the story of the film. The film features Sharmila Tagore, Javed Jaffrey, Anant Mahadevan, Girish Karnad, Benjamin Gilani, Rushad Rana, Andrea Tully, and Pia Shah in supporting roles.

The buzz about the movie is that It was previously called Tasveer, but changed due to the director's insistence that the title was jinxed. 8x10 Tasveer releases on 3 April 2009.

White Feather Films come back with the forthcoming, ‘Acid Factory’ that is about emotions, memory and crime. Produced by Sanjay Gupta, the film is directed by Sapurn Verma. Starring Fardeen Khan, Diya Mirza, Irffan Khan, Manoj Bajpai, Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani and Dany Denzongpa in the main leads – ‘Acid Factory’ certainly grabs the moviegoer’s attention.

A person commits crime and the next day he forgets that he has undergone a crime, as his memory gets erased. And a person who did not commit the crime, his memory too gets washed off and he is held guilty for what he has not done. As a result, the truth changes due to the memory lapse. The short-term memory of a person is lost and he gets into agony for his faltering memory.

Acid Factory talks about a group of individuals and a person who forgets his past. The movie also depicts a group of characters whose sense of past has cleaned off in the miasma of coma like they have woken up from sleep just to discover that reality could be an illusion. All the people are together but the problem is that they don’t trust others. The confusion between them exists largely. They are imagining what is happening? Only a hint is endowed and the whole story then moves around it.

What's next…who are the criminals? Suppose, a person who finds himself amongst the bunch of people who are criminals.what will he do?? will he join those criminals or fight back? A high octane thriller, ‘Acid Factory’ is what where every second counts and every flash of your past either emerges as a step towards realization of the true self or appears as a horror of the discovery of who actually you are..!

This offering is about mortality and chase for right or wrong. No date has been finalized yet but it is expected the film will hit the screens soon.

Siddharth - The Prisoner is too abstract for Indian moviegoers. A disastrous fate awaits this film at the box-office. There is a thin line that divides unconventional and experimental cinema. Siddharth - The Prisoner, directed by debutante Pryas Gupta, has an unconventional plotline, but what comes across is quite abstract. In fact, a film like Siddharth - The Prisoner is more suited for film festivals, not mainstream commercial platform.

After released from jail, Siddharth Roy (Rajat Kapoor) , a once well-known writer, whole a new script. He reconnect with the external world, hopeful that the new book will re-establish his status and also settle him with his separated wife, Maya. Almighty has other plans for Roy, Siddharth - The Prisoner Image when his suitcase gets replace at a cyber cafe with a similar suitcase have a large sum of money. Roy looses the only one copy of his new script, while Mohan (Sachin Nayak), the cyber cafe manager, comes under stress from gang bosses to get back the lost money.

In the middle of growing lose hope about the lost script, Roy is settle with his three year old son through a scheming housemaid. Incapable to find gladness in the money he has found Roy start to wish the custody of his son. Temporarily the stress mounts on Mohan as he looses his job and is required to go into hitting from the gang. He must discover Roy and money at any price.

In difference to Siddharth's condition, Mohan is very stressed out. The only way to this problem is he must find Siddharth as well as money as soon as possible and return the latter to the gangster. The film is based on the very old text of the Rig Veda - of repudiation. With a different idea, 'Siddhath - The Prisoner' is likely to be one of the most informative story of 2009.

Based on the very old text of the Rig Veda, the film discover the subject of rejection as the true way to clarification and freedom.
